How to Use VacuSealer™:
When operating a vacuum sealer, you will want to be sure that you leave enough room in the bag (about four inches from the top) to properly suck the air out.
If the bag is filled to the brim with food, there won’t be room left to seal it properly, and it could lead to contamination.
And while it may go without saying, sealing foods that are usually refrigerated does not mean that they will be safe in warmer temperatures; sealing will simply prolong their freshness in the environment that they’re usually stored in.
1. Insert the open end of the plastic bag into the bag clip to prevent it from slipping.
2. Press the cover with both hands, the “click”sound, indicating that the clasps has been fastened. Press Seal Button or Vacuum Seal Button, according to your needs.
3. After the processing is completed, please gently pull the Vacuum Releasing Valve first, then lift up the fastener on both sides of the device, and remove bag. You can press any button to stop the device from working.
